The Leading People Program™

License a leadership program that already works.

A complete, field-tested leadership development curriculum you can deliver inside your consulting practice or your own organization. Built over thirty-five years of organizational work. Refined through dozens of cohorts.

Why this exists

Your clients and your people are reading the same numbers you are.

79%
of employees worldwide are not engaged at work.
Gallup, State of the Global Workplace 2025
92%
of workers say it's important to work for an organization that values their emotional and psychological well-being.
American Psychological Association, Work in America

Most leadership programs treat these numbers as a marketing pitch. The Leading People Program™ treats them as a design brief. It builds the actual practices people need to lead other humans well, and it builds them inside the daily life of an organization, not adjacent to it.

What you'll be delivering

Three pillars. Nine modules. One cohort at a time.

LPP™ is grounded in three decades of organizational practice and three frameworks Moe Carrick has refined across hundreds of client engagements.

i.

Leading for Connection

The interior work. How leaders build the self-awareness, presence, and relational range to lead other humans well. The Heart Habit, the Seven Needs of Work, and the practices that make leaders worth following.

ii.

Creating People-Centered Systems

The structural work. How to design the agreements, rhythms, and operating practices that let people do their best work. Where the human system meets the operational system.

iii.

Building Team Culture and Resilience

The collective work. How teams build the trust, honest dialogue, and shared accountability that hold them together through pressure and change. Anchored by the Wheel of Team Care.

Who licenses this

Two paths. One curriculum.

The Leading People Program™ is licensed by two distinct audiences. The fit, outcomes, and economics look different for each.

Path One

External coaches and consultants

Expand your impact. Differentiate your practice. Deliver proven leadership development without building it from scratch.

  • Offer a proven, structured leadership pathway grounded in real organizational dynamics
  • Expand beyond individual coaching into scalable leadership system development
  • Deepen client relationships through sustained leadership transformation
  • Add field-tested IP to your existing tools without years of curriculum development
  • Generate recurring revenue while delivering meaningful, lasting impact

Move from supporting individual leaders to strengthening entire leadership systems.

Path Two

Internal HR and People leaders

Build internal capability. Strengthen your leadership bench. Sustain the work without ongoing external dependency.

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality leadership development from inside the organization
  • Build leadership capacity across levels without permanent vendor reliance
  • Strengthen internal credibility as strategic stewards of performance
  • Embed shared leadership language, expectations, and practices across the system
  • Sustain leadership growth as the organization evolves and grows

Transform People and HR from program administrators into architects of leadership capability.

07

Annual content updates

Curriculum and marketing materials are refreshed annually. You get every update for the life of your license, no renegotiation needed.

08

Mutual referrals

Fifteen percent commission on the first year of invoiced revenue when either side refers a client to the other for non-LPP™ work. Plus optional twenty percent affiliate commission on Moementum's self-study program.

09

Enrollee primacy

The participants you bring into the program are yours. Moementum will not market to your enrollees or add them to outside lists without your written consent.

10

Guild facilitator role

Licensees are facilitators within the Human Systems Guild, not members. You lead conversations, contribute frameworks, and build relationships across Moe's network of practitioners.

11

Self-study affiliate program

Twenty percent commission, net of processing fees, on every sale of the LPP™ self-study course generated through your affiliate link. A second revenue stream alongside your cohort work.

12

Partial-program flexibility

Deliver the full nine-module program, or run abbreviated five-to-eight-module engagements at a reduced royalty when a client doesn't need the full curriculum. Top-ups available later.

An honest filter

This is professional formation, not a course you buy.

Licensing is selective on purpose. The work either gets done well or it dilutes the brand and the field. Here is who thrives, and who should consider something else.

This is right for you if

  • You are an experienced coach, consultant, or HR practitioner with real time in the chair
  • You have completed the Leading People Program™ yourself, at standard rates, or are willing to before licensing
  • You want a proven curriculum so you can focus on facilitation and client work
  • You care about quality and are willing to be coached on facilitation
  • You have a clear audience to bring into a cohort, or a path to build one
  • You believe leadership is taught through practice, not theory
  • You are willing to uphold the Moementum standards in how you deliver

This is not right for you if

  • You are looking for a quick certification you can post on LinkedIn next week
  • You want a course to consume rather than a craft to practice
  • You expect to modify the core curriculum or rebrand it as your own
  • You have not yet built the consulting or HR foundation this work sits on top of
  • You want passive income without the accountability of delivering with care
How it works

The path to becoming a licensee.

Four steps. Roughly six to eight weeks from first application to your first cohort delivery, depending on your readiness and ours.

Prerequisite

Licensees first complete the Leading People Program™ as a participant, at standard rates. This is not a hoop. It is how you experience the program you will be leading. Most prospective licensees apply during or just after their own cohort.

i

Apply

Tell us who you are, who you serve, and what you want to build. Honest answers only. The application is short on purpose.

ii

Exploratory call

A real conversation with Moe to understand fit on both sides. We talk about your practice, your audience, your standards, and your questions.

iii

License and onboard

Sign the licensing agreement. Get the kit, the training, and a direct line to Moe for the facilitation prep that matters most.

iv

Launch your cohort

Open enrollment or private in-house, you decide. Run it, learn, and come back to the community of licensees with what you noticed.

The investment

Transparent about what you'll pay. Quiet about what you'll earn.

Licensee investment has two parts: an annual license fee that gives you access to the full kit, and per-participant royalties on each cohort you run.

Annual license
$750/yr
Plus a one-time $1,500 enrollment fee. Includes full curriculum access, brand kit, onboarding training, trademark rights, annual updates, and listing on Moementum.com.
Per-participant royalty
From $900/person
Sliding scale: $1,200 open enrollment, $1,000 private in-house, $900 for large cohorts of eleven or more. Assessments available at wholesale rates.

Most licensees price the program to their clients between $2,000 and $2,700 per participant, leaving healthy margin on every cohort. The exploratory call is where we walk through the math for your specific market and audience.

Common questions

What licensees usually want to know.

Do I have to take the Leading People Program™ myself first?
Yes. Licensees complete the program as a participant, at standard rates, before delivering it themselves. There is no licensee discount on this. The reason is simple: we are not interested in someone reselling a program they have not lived. Most prospective licensees apply during or right after their own cohort, which means the prerequisite and the licensing path run on parallel timelines.
Do I need to be certified in anything to become a licensee?
You should be a practicing coach, consultant, or HR professional, or hold a recognized certification in leadership development or coaching. We are looking for practitioners with real time in the chair, not credentials alone. The exploratory call is where we figure out fit. Partnerships are decided personally by Moe.
Can I customize or rebrand the curriculum?
You can personalize email copy, marketing language, and how you introduce the work to your clients. The core curriculum, the trademark, and the structure of the program stay intact. That consistency is part of why licensees can sell the program with confidence.
How much time will running a cohort take me?
A standard cohort runs nine weeks with weekly group calls plus asynchronous content access. Plan on roughly two to three hours per week of live facilitation, plus prep and individual touchpoints with participants. Most licensees run two to four cohorts per year alongside their other work.
What if I only have a handful of leaders to enroll?
You have a few options. You can run an open-enrollment cohort and invite your network, suppliers, or partners to fill the seats. Private in-house engagements require a minimum of six participants from a single client organization. For smaller scopes, the partial-program rate card lets you deliver five-to-eight modules at a reduced royalty. Or you can refer your leaders into a Moementum-hosted cohort and earn the referral commission.
What about my contacts and email list?
Your enrollees are yours. Moementum will not market to people you bring into the program, will not add them to our lists, and will not solicit them without your written consent. Co-marketed events follow a clear contact tagging and follow-up protocol agreed in advance.
Is the term annual? Can I exit?
The license is a one-year term that auto-renews. Either side can give thirty days' written notice to not renew. There's a one-year non-compete on building a substantially similar structured program after termination, with carve-outs that protect your general coaching and consulting practice, your use of other tools, and short-form leadership workshops. We'll walk through the agreement together before either of us signs anything.
Can my team or subcontractors help me deliver cohorts?
Yes. Your employees or independent contractors can assist with program logistics, co-facilitation, and participant support. They must sign a written agreement that protects the IP and binds them to confidentiality. The one limit: a team member cannot deliver the program independently without you present, unless they become an independently approved Moementum licensee themselves.
How is this different from the Human Systems Guild or working with Moe directly?
Working with Moe directly is high-touch custom consulting where Moe is doing the work in your organization. The Human Systems Guild is the ongoing community of practice for people doing this work. LPP™ licensing is the middle path: you learn to deliver a specific, proven program inside your own practice or your own company. Licensees serve as Guild facilitators, not members, contributing to the community of practice and leading conversations within it.

What participants take away.

If you are going to deliver this program to your clients, you should know what they will say about it after.

Of all the leadership programs I have been through in my career, this is the only one that teaches you how to lead people, and provides the tools to do so.

The LPP helped me see that I have a leadership style I can leverage to improve my leadership through the assessments and coaching we received. The connections I made here will carry with me for a lifetime.

Step one

Apply for licensing.

Short application. No commitment. The questions exist so the exploratory call is a real conversation, not a sales pitch.

If your application is a strong fit, Moe will reach out within five business days to schedule a thirty-minute call. If now isn't the right time or right fit, she will tell you that too, and where helpful she will point you toward something more aligned.
